filters

List the Explorer's tabs and every filter on them, the names pages_list filters by

The Explorer's tabs as named queries, in the order a widely used desktop SEO crawler shows them: each tab with every filter the Explorer shows, issue filters (kind issue: a catalogue rule, with its type, priority and stage) and stat views (kind stat: the desktop-crawler key, such as RESPONSE_CODE_SUCCESS), each with the id and filter_key_id that pages_list takes as filter. Product data, no crawled content. Pass tab for one tab; an unknown tab is INVALID_FILTER naming them all. Pass site to name the issue filters with that site's thresholds instead of the catalogue defaults (the filters whose name carries a number) and to get its Custom Extraction and Custom Search view filters (view_filters). Next: pages_list with site and filter for the pages on one; rules_get for what a rule checks.
