Creates a string of CSV data representing a sheet
This endpoint returns a text CSV format of the current data in the sheet.
get/dataset/{handle}/liveshare/{shareid}

- AuthAPI key in header X-GIGASHEET-TOKEN
- TypeScriptA function with typed inputs. Its response is checked against the schema.
