Get Secondary Progressions

Compute a secondary progressed chart using the classic symbolic timing rule: 1 day after birth = 1 year of life.

target_date accepts either YYYY-MM-DD or a full ISO datetime. Date-only values are normalized to 00:00:00Z. The endpoint returns the explicit progressed datetime basis, the progressed chart, and optional movement/lifecycle/timeline expansions.

orb_deg is the maximum orb used for aspect detection and exact-hit refinement. Timeline mode is opt-in through the include=timeline expansion and scans forward from the target date for exact aspects, ingresses, stations, and major moon phases.
