Filter research sessions by site ID

briefable'true' | 'false' | '1' | '0'

true restricts the list to sessions POST /briefs will accept right now (finished agent sessions; excludes archived sessions and legacy/migrated research whose ids the brief endpoint cannot resolve or whose status is untrustworthy). Build brief-creation pickers from this filter — an id from the unfiltered list can be a guaranteed 404 or 422. Any other value is a 400.
