Request AI suggestion comments on a content article

Generates a batch of AI-authored suggestion comments for the article and persists them. Synchronous — returns the created comment IDs and suggestion metadata. Each created comment can subsequently be applied via POST /content/{id}/ai-comments/{commentId}/apply or resolved via PATCH /comments/{commentId}.
