Customer AVS ingestion scaffold.
Contract is intentionally narrow until Klarity confirms the final payload: source URI must already be readable by the worker storage layer (file:// locally or s3:// in cloud). Customer-hosted HTTPS signed URL fetch can be added once their auth model is known.
