Resume

Undo a scheduled cancellation — the "Keep my subscription" button.

The one manage action that can't be a portal deep link: Stripe's flow_data has no renew flow, so the portal could only drop the user on its homepage to hunt for "Don't cancel subscription". See resume_subscription.
