Get render poster image

Redirects to a short-lived signed URL for a completed render's poster IMAGE — e.g. a contact-sheet preview PNG. This is the pixels-you-can-embed counterpart to the MCP get_render_preview tool. Returns 422 if the render output is a video; use /download for that.
