scope'mine' | 'pending' required

mine: the caller's own claims. pending: claims awaiting review (moderator only).

status'pending' | 'approved' | 'rejected' | 'all'

Filter claims by status (default: all). With scope=mine, narrows claims; with scope=pending, only all or pending is allowed.
