Get outbound SMTP email limit

Returns a JSON object with the count of outbound SMTP messages you sent today and today's limit. Outbound SMTP is unlimited, and the limit is your current reputation-based threshold (see https://forwardemail.net/faq#what-are-your-outbound-smtp-limits), which grows over time. Bounce notifications and auto-replies do not count.
