IBC test and inspection due dates

Next leakproofness test, 2.5 and 5-year inspections, last month the IBC may be filled and, for plastic and composite IBCs under UN/ADR, the end of the five-year life. US 49 CFR 180.352 sets no five-year limit. Send insp as well as leak; without it the inspection counts from manufacture.
