Cancel a scheduled MyFatoorah refund

Withdraws a refund MyFatoorah refused for insufficient balance and that waits to be sent again daily: no refund exists on MyFatoorah's side, so its amount is freed. A refund MyFatoorah accepted can't be canceled through its API. Refused with CONFLICT and refusal notScheduled when the refund is no longer scheduled.
