Cancel an order

Cancels an order not yet done; a retried cancel changes nothing. A prepaid order — one a guest paid through MyFatoorah before it was sent — is refunded by the cancel itself: all that is left of its MyFatoorah payment is sent back to the guest's card as a real refund, once, after the cancel commits. The cancel stands whatever MyFatoorah answers; follow the refund with payments.myFatoorahRefundDetails.
