Archive selected catalog rows

Immediately archives the selected organization-wide categories, items and variations in one transaction. Category children are lifted to the parent; selecting a category does not archive its subtree. Selecting every live variation of an item archives all but its earliest-created one, which instead loses its name, keeps its price, and enables its default availability. Keep the returned IDs, blankedSiblings and category move records for restoreCatalogRows.
