Get a feedback record's active taxonomy assignment

Resolves a tenant-owned feedback record against the active directory taxonomy. The ordered path contains current visible non-root nodes, not labels copied onto the feedback record. A removed node or ancestor makes the record unclassified in the current visible tree. Records outside the active run are also unclassified; a missing active run has its own status.
