the field_label request property's maxLength was set to 2048

changed the pattern of the request property tenant_id from ^[^\x00]*$ to ^[^\x00\uFFFD]*$

added the non-success response with the status 413

added the new optional request property scope_type

the request property field_id became optional

the request property source_type became optional

added the required property run/scope_type to the response with the 200 status

added the required property run/scope_type to the response with the 202 status
