Update an article by id

This endpoint allows the client to update an existing article by its unique numerical id.

Authorization Constraints:

• The API key provided must belong to the author of the article, an admin of the article's organization, or a site admin.
• Edits by anyone other than the author are recorded in the audit log.
• Returns 404 if the article does not exist or the API key's user may not edit it.
• Supports updating individual fields such as title, body_markdown, published, tags, ai_disclosure_level, etc.
• Setting published: false on an already published article will revert it to draft status.
