List accessible leagues

Returns the flat array of leagues the API key's plan can access, with optional country (exact) and search (substring) filters; capped at 300 rows.

langstring

Language code echoed back in meta.language; lowercased and stripped to letters only. Does not appear to translate payload content here.

Exact-match filter on league country (equality, not substring).

searchstring

Case-insensitive substring filter matched against league_name OR country.
