Read the signed transparency-log head

Public, no-store read of the RFC 6962 signature-log head and its Ed25519 signature. The log remains independently re-checkable without an external mainnet timestamp. Legacy proofs are quarantined, and this response makes no Bitcoin claim from a calendar receipt or stored block height.
