Remove an activity image reference

Activity-scoped keys (activity_images/{activityId}/…) are enqueued for hard deletion once no activity references them. User-scoped keys (activity_images/user/{userId}/…) may back several habits, so they are NOT hard-deleted here — the object is reclaimed by the activity-image-cleanup cron once unreferenced, and the request returns success.
