Automation library, filtered to a theme.

The installed "AI tasks" list lives on Report (/live-dashboards#tasks). The library is a themed browse surface reached from section entry points (audits, reports, …), so a bare /automations with no theme (and not the "mine" view) redirects to that AI tasks tab. theme accepts a comma-separated list — any valid themes are OR-ed together. view=all is the explicit "unfiltered curated library" surface reached from the in-page "All themes" / "Curated" affordances — it shows the full curated list without redirecting.
