HTML Fetch
Take Screenshot
Fetch a URL using the scrapling fallback chain (Fetcher → PlayWrightFetcher → StealthyFetcher), render the HTML locally in Playwright, and return a full-page screenshot as a base64-encoded PNG.
Returns {"screenshot_b64": str, "source_url": str, "fetcher_used": str}. Raises 400 for invalid URLs, 502 if all fetchers are blocked.
