Move a card to another deck (Markdown)

Write. Same move as POST /api/v1/cards/{cardId}/move. Body is { deckId }. Unknown keys are rejected. Schedule fields stay. alreadyThere is true when the card was already in that deck. A retired card, a card in an archived deck, and an archived target are 404. The Markdown includes the prompt and does not include the answer.
