Detect Language

Detect the language of a given text.

Signed in only (2026-09-18 route-auth review). It reads nobody's data, but it runs a model on arbitrary text for whoever asks, and all three callers (MessageSparkleCheck, CallChatBox, useMessageCheck) already send the token.
