Lookup

Resolve build inputs for one or more reference groups.

Direct references resolve to latest; the transitive closure is taken verbatim; a cross-reference conflict yields a per-group conflict result.

For each group, walks the transitive package_inputs closure (accessor), then applies auth redaction and assembles the flat LockedInputs map.

Each group runs in its own transaction so a single group's timeout, overflow, or conflict produces a per-group error without affecting others.
