List Sequence Step Types

Returns the step types available to a campaign sequence. Pass an entry's id as type in Add Node. Entries where default_config is applied on creation; fields marked required are enforced. start and wait are listed for reference but cannot be added — start is seeded automatically and wait steps are managed for you between steps.
