Email integrations

Create an email integration

name is required. SMTP/IMAP passwords are encrypted at rest and read back only as smtpPasswordConfigured / imapPasswordConfigured. On a PATCH, a blank password means "unchanged" rather than "clear", so a client can round-trip the redacted object safely.
