Web 获取父评论详情

返回指定父评论的详情，字段与 parentCommentList 单条评论一致，便于前端复用评论组件。series_id、web_comment_id 分别为 Web 端加密剧集 ID 与加密评论 ID，由 WebRequest 中间件自动解码。允许未登录访问，未登录时 is_like 默认为 0；video_type=6 时走广告评论数据源。响应 detail 含 web_comment_id、评论人/被回复人信息、点赞与子评论数等字段，sub_comment 在详情接口固定返回空对象。

响应契约：SimpleMap。

series_id 缺失/非法，或 web_comment_id 缺失/解码失败时返回 code=10001；普通剧集父评论不存在、已删除或为人工评论时返回 code=10008。

认证要求：无需登录。

签名要求：需要请求签名。

响应处理：默认会经过响应加密。
