Fired when an invoice payment is overdue past the due date. invoice.line_items omits line items with neither an amount nor a quantity (period fan-out emits one per window whether or not usage landed in it), and invoice.subscription.plan.prices carries only the prices this invoice references, not the plan's full catalogue. Doc-only for parsing.
