Transfers

Records delivery of every line at an arrived waypoint (Waypoint Delivery → Deliver All Items).

Requires ManageTransfers and an Idempotency-Key header; no body. The waypoint must be Arrived (the stock already moved on arrival); a "Delivered at …" note is added to each of its lines. Same transfer rule as …/arrive.

Human-readable confirmation from the service (e.g. "Job started."). May be null.

Non-fatal problem encountered while completing the operation (e.g. a notification email that could not be sent). Null when there was none.
