SalesOrders

Marks every line of a sales order picked in full (the Fulfill page's "Pick All").

Requires ManageSalesOrders and an Idempotency-Key header; no body. Each line's quantityPicked is raised to its ordered quantity — a line-level count only, no stock unit or transfer changes. linesUpdated is 0 when everything was already picked (message All items were already fully picked).
