Apply what I learned: open a calibration turn for the browser to run

Writes the calibration brief into the search's sourcing conversation — the job's thumbs, and the ask to derive what they share and stage diff proposals to the search's filters and/or the fit rubric — and returns the turn for the browser to run, in the same shape as sending a message. Nothing is applied here (D16): every proposed change arrives as an approval card on the conversation. Requires at least one judgment on the job; a one-sided set is stated in the brief, not refused.
