Validator + provider name map

Identifier → display name, for labelling raw on-chain identifiers. Keys are of TWO kinds: P-Chain node IDs and FTSO entity/delegation addresses. IMPORTANT: every key is LOWERCASED, so look up with key.toLowerCase() — a canonical cb58 NodeID-… or a checksummed 0x… will miss every time.
