Get Jobs Batch

Get multiple jobs by IDs in a single request.

Use this for efficient polling of multiple concurrent jobs.

Args: ids: Comma-separated job UUIDs (e.g., "id1,id2,id3") ctx: Advisor context

Returns: List of job statuses (only jobs user has access to via RLS)

Example: GET /api/jobs/batch?ids=abc123,def456,ghi789
