Request Missing Insights

Send email to seller requesting missing or low-confidence insights.

Analyzes insights for the business and sends an email listing what information is needed. Can either auto-detect missing/low-confidence insights or use a specific list.

Args: business_id: Business UUID request: Optional insight IDs and custom message ctx: Advisor context

Returns: Dictionary with insights requested and email status
