Get Draft Config

Changed on

Read the agent's current draft configuration — the state the next publish will freeze. Sessions run the latest published version, not the draft; use the versions endpoints to see what is live. Webhook signing secrets are write-only and reported as has_secret.

Opaque content hash of this configuration as stored. On a draft it is the config_hash the next publish gives the version, so it equals the live version's config_hash when nothing is unpublished. Pass it to Publish Agent as expected_config_hash.
