List channels of a business

Pagination links for a collection response. Follow them verbatim and treat them as opaque. next is always present (null when there is no next page). prev is optional and omitted on forward-only feeds.

Pagination state for the current response. Which keys appear depends on the strategy: cursor endpoints return cursor and may include total_entries; page endpoints return page and may include page_size/total_pages/total_entries.
