List Media Assets available for prerecorded livestreams

Lists undeleted BaseVideos for a channel. Use a returned id as base_video_id when creating a prerecorded livestream. channel_id is optional when the token resolves to a single channel. A BaseVideo may be selected while it is still transcoding; check transcoding_status before the scheduled start time.
