Daily Briefs

Update daily brief settings

Create or update the user's personal daily brief: add/remove insight channels (the user's own), schedule, time zone, tone, length, on/off. With no personal profile yet, one is created from the house brief's channels first, so adding a channel adds to the brief the user already gets. Requires the write scope.
