Get full article by ID

Retrieve a single full news article by its FTS id (the id field returned by /search). Returns the body text plus citation metadata (title, source, canonical URL, date). Body-retrieval companion to /search; backs the MCP fetch tool. Credits are charged as one article_retrieval operation.
