Refresh Indices Cache

Clear the in-memory cache for the four market indices and re-prime it from prices_daily.

Intended use: call after the data pipeline updates prices_daily with the latest closing prices (off-hours). One DB roundtrip happens during this call; every subsequent /indices request serves from memory.
