Card-to-card transfer by stored references, v4

Card-to-card transfer where one or both cards are referenced by a previously stored card-ref-id rather than by full PAN. Reduces PCI DSS exposure for repeat transfer flows.

RequestOperation: TRANSFER_V4.

Signed with OAuth 1.0a, signature method: RSA-SHA256 (profile: rsa-sha256). All oauth_* parameters are sent in the Authorization header, not in the form body. Required parameters: oauth_consumer_key (merchant login), oauth_signature_method (RSA-SHA256), oauth_signature, oauth_timestamp, oauth_nonce, oauth_version (1.0).
