File how busy a place USUALLY is at given local hours, from a source you actually consulted (say which). Slots are (weekday 0=Sun..6, hour 0-23, level quiet|moderate|busy|packed). Later reports replace earlier ones for the same slot. The app shows this as 'usually busy — estimate', never as a measurement — so only report what a real source supports.
