The deliberate budget for one trip: total, per-category envelopes with spend attributed, every line item (seeded rows labelled as derived), planned vs actual totals converted to the budget currency, and the per-day figure. Amounts in a currency with no FX rate are EXCLUDED and listed — remaining is a ceiling, not a fact, whenever that happens. Pass date (YYYY-MM-DD) to get the per-day figure; without it the figure is absent, never guessed from the server clock. A trip with no budget returns available:false, not zeroes.
