Filing Updated Event

Sent when trigger_on_filing_updated is true and a filing you received was later re-typed or moved to another company. Same body as filing.processed, as the filing is now, plus 'changes'. Checked hourly over the last 30 days of deliveries (filings delivered since October 2026). Not billed.

The name of the event (e.g., 'filing.processed' or 'filing.received').

webhook_idstring required

The ID of the webhook configuration that triggered this event.

filing_idstring required

The ID of the newly processed filing.

triggered_atstring date-time required

The timestamp (ISO 8601) when the event was triggered.

changesunknown required

Response

(Success) Acknowledge receipt.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
