Tenant usage time series

Returns time-bucketed samples of storage, egress, and ingress for the tenant. All three metric types share the same from / to / window parameters and are returned in a single response.

Typical FilOne queries:

• window=1h over the current billing period — used to compute average GB-hours for billing aggregation.
• window=24h over the last 7 or 30 days — used for the dashboard trend chart.
• window=720h (30 days) with a single sample — used for the dashboard usage snapshot.
