DELETE /companies/{companySlug}/sales/{saleId}/payments/{paymentId}

Undoes a payment, mirroring the "Angre" (undo) action in Fiken. If the payment has not yet been closed (lukket postering) it is deleted; if it has been closed a reverse transaction is created so the audit trail is kept. Fails if the payment cannot be undone (for example if it is already deleted, belongs to a written-off sale, or is related to debt collection) — exactly the cases where the undo action is unavailable in Fiken.
