Disputes

Contest the record Fidren holds about an address.

A dispute may be filed with or without a signature. With one, a signature produced by a key corresponding to the address is checked, and on a match the record is served as disputed while it is reviewed. Without one, it is still recorded and reviewed, but it does not change what is served — otherwise anyone could flag a competitor's record by filing on their behalf. Filing a dispute never makes a verdict more permissive.
