Access

Apply for pilot access.

Unauthenticated, because an applicant has no key — having one is what they are applying for. A successful call grants nothing. It records an application in a queue; no organization, key, entitlement or usage allowance comes into existence, and none will until a person reviews and approves it. The response is a reference for correspondence, not an approval, and it deliberately reveals nothing about whether this address or organization has applied before.
