W9 integrations health check (Splunk / Datadog / GCM / DCGM) + the NVSentinel bridge.

nvsentinel.enabled is False in the default dry-run posture (no FIBER_NVSENTINEL_PUBLISH_URL): the bridge still ingests and correlates, it just does not publish HealthEvents outbound.
